In the
former post we have argued that despite some specific relative successes, some optimistic prospects, and mostly despite the “we’re winning!” rhetoric common among many activists, we are still very very far from wining. Despite the vegan hype and the occasional launch of new plant based products, global consumption of meat is still on the rise. So not only that we are not "winning", it is still the case that each year more animals are being exploited in severer ways.
In this post we argue that not only that we are not winning, there is no reason to believe that we would ever win simply because we are right.
